Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Le3way. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Le3way

Le3way is a cloud-based Garage Management Platform operated in the Philippines. We provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools for garages, motor shops, and service centers, including job order management, point-of-sale (POS), inventory tracking, billing, and multi-branch operations.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Le3way's website (le3way.com), customer portal, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

To access Le3way, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Le3way offers subscription plans with defined features and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and included features are listed on our pricing page. We may update plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payment

Payments may be made via GCash QR, bank transfer, PayPal, or other accepted gateways. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 7 (Refunds).

4.3 Renewal

Subscriptions must be renewed before or upon expiry. Failure to renew may result in service suspension. We will notify you of upcoming expiry through your registered contact information.

4.4 Provision of Service

Upon successful payment and verification, we will provision your Le3way instance within a reasonable time. You will receive login credentials for your provisioned system via your registered email address.

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into Le3way (e.g., customer records, inventory, job orders). We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant Le3way a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted to our support team within 7 days of payment for new subscriptions if the Service has not been provisioned or used. Renewal payments and SMS top-up credits are non-refundable once processed.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

Le3way and all related content, software, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Le3way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. We encourage amicable resolution before formal legal proceedings.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 15 days in advance.
