Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the portal. Your billing date resets to the upgrade date and your new limits apply immediately.

What happens when I hit a limit?

The system will notify you and block the action that exceeds your plan limit. Existing data is never deleted — simply upgrade to continue adding records.

Is my data backed up?

Each tenant runs on an isolated database. You can manually create SQL backups from the Settings page at any time, up to 5 per day.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept QRPH via PayMongo. Scan and pay using any Philippine e-wallet or bank app that supports QR Ph — GCash, Maya, BPI, UnionBank, and more.

How does branch management work?

Pro and Platinum plans support multiple branches. Lite and Basic are limited to one location. Staff can be assigned per branch with separate access controls.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel a pending order from the portal. Active subscriptions run until the end of the billing period — there are no automatic renewals.
